What's your background in ultimate? I started playing my junior year of high school and have played ever since. I played on Colorado's YCC Women's team in 2012, Molly Brown in 2015, and Colorado Kali from 2013-2018.

Favorite movie? I just saw Lady Bird and loved it.

Favorite book? A Visit from the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan

Favorite food? Ice cream

Favorite animal? Camel

Walk up song? Graceland by Paul Simon

Pump up song? Anything by Paul Simon

What's your favorite Kali memory? Qualifying for Nationals 2014. We won on universe point of the backdoor game. No one had been to College Nationals before.

Why do role models matter? Speaking from personal experience-- I have had the enormous privilege of being coached by Claire Chastain for the last four years. She has been such a positive force in my life not just as an ultimate player but also as a young woman. She leads selflessly. It is out of a pure love for the sport and to encourage and influence young women as they grow into leaders and teammates.

What does equity mean to you? To me- as a white, straight, middle-class, able-bodied, college-educated, young woman- equity means listening, coming from a place of humility, and using my privilege to work with others and create positive change.

What's your favorite quote? "Let's see some hustle, Russell." - My Dad
