What's your background in ultimate? My ex-boyfriend told me frisbee was fun and the people that played it were super cool. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right...I've played almost 5 years, and for a few mediocre mixed teams, 3 years of Kali, and 3 years of Colorado Small Batch.

Why do role models matter? They serve as a reminder of what you can accomplish and what you are capable of.

What does equity mean to you? Equity is giving everyone the tools and resources they need to succeed. sometimes those resources are not equally distributed, but at "the end of the day" everyone should be on equal footing.
