What's your background in ultimate? I started playing in 2016 with the Grass Roots Ultimate league in Boulder. I played a couple of seasons in GRU and then decided to try out for Kali because ultimate was so much fun.

What's your favorite Kali memory? Beating Texas at Pres Day :) We were just so pumped up all game and everyone contributed to the win. It was just so much fun feeling that energy and intensity.

Why do role models matter? I like having role models in my life because they inspire me to keep working towards my goals when things get tough and I don't have my own motivation. Also, they inspire me to push myself in new ways that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.

What does equity mean to you? Equity to me is intentionally providing disadvantaged people with the opportunities and resources to be as successful as they can be, had they not been disadvantaged from the start.
